Through an elaborate communication and incentive program with a summer incentive (Ibiza), winter incentive (skiing trip) and a final incentive (Dubai), the Ricoh internal sales employees were stimulated for a year to get the maximum out of themselves and their teammates. During a year, the participants were activated through an action website with target process updates, newsletters, cards, theme packages and interim events. The top 50 was invited to an ultimate travel experience.
Result
The personal approach during the entire process ánd a kick-off to announce the achieved targets caused the concerned sales department to feel the desired credit. Targets have been achieved and after a year of hard work and giving it your all as sales managers, you are rewarded with a unique incentive trip to Dubai. To really engage the guests and to keep the element of competition going, the winners of the soukh rally received an additional surprise: a speed boat tour past the Burj al Arab. Mission accomplished!
